    Thank you for your interest in the City of Columbia's re-evaluation of its mobile vending regulations. We need your input. Please provide your thoughts about mobile vending below and/or attend the upcoming listening session with city staff at 5:00 pm on Thursday, February 16, 2023 in Council Chambers (basement level) of City Hall (700 N. Garden Street).

  2. What are your particular areas of concern related to the current mobile vending regulations?
  3. Most of the applicable regulations can be found at Section 4.3.9.E.6.x (p. 252) of the Zoning Ordinance. Mobile vendors must also comply with Chapter 3 Section 319 of the International Fire Code.
