The Public Draft of the Columbia Zoning Ordinance (Code) is now available for review by the community! A joint session with the City Council and Municipal Planning Commission was hosted by Town Planning & Urban Design Collaborative, LLC (TPUDC) and the City’s Development Services Department to present the Public Draft of the Code.

The public review period for the Public Draft will continue through Wednesday, October 13, 2021. The City of Columbia will review all comments before passing them on to the consultant, TPUDC, for final revisions. The Code will then go before Planning Commission and City Council for final adoption.
