The acquisition of a Land Disturbance Permit is required for projects land development projects that disturb over 1 acre of ground or add 10,000 square feet of impervious surface. The Engineering Division reviews the Site Construction Plans for compliance with City Standards and Regulations, and specifically the following:
- Access locations
- Roadway Geometry
- Roadway Construction Standards
- Traffic Improvements
- Stormwater Design and Infrastructure
- Erosion and Sediment Control Plans
- Constructibility
