Be it a stroll at Riverwalk Park, a softball game at Ridley Sports Complex, or a swim at Fairview Park - our Parks and Greenways are as stoutly featured as any park system you can find. Regardless of your recreational interests one of our parks will seem tailored to your favorite pastime.
Online access to all of our services
The City of Columbia Parks and Recreation Department offers an Online Reservation System to reserve a park shelter, sign up for an activity, or rent a community center. By creating an account, which is a one-time process, you gain immediate access to all available recreation programming, activities, rentals, and reservations. All payments and interactions are handled online and we are happy to assist your transition to this system.

Riverwalk Park
Located directly northeast of Columbia's Downtown Square, Riverwalk Park is one of our most inviting and picturesque parks. It features wide open greenways, paved walkways, pavilions, a splash pad, basketball court, and two pavilions. Home to a number of annual events and programs this park is a must visit destination in Columbia.

Woodland Park
Located in center of Columbia, Woodland Park is one of the true features of our park system. With outdoor facilities, playgrounds. and even an 18-hole disc golf course - you can spend an entire day here and just scratch the surface.

Hilltop R/C Raceway
Placed precisely and thoughtfully in the bounds of the hiking and mountain biking trail, Hilltop R/C Raceway is a full-dirt, feature filled, smaller scale r/c car track. 1/10th scale and smaller will enjoy the carved lines and jump faces. The raceway features a drivers stand, pit tables, and scoring stand - and always race ready!

Eva Gilbert Park
Eva Gilbert Park isn't the biggest park but it makes up for it in features. With a football field, two baseball fields, playground, and pavilion this park really does have it all.

Ridley Sports Complex
It does not get much bigger than Ridley Sports Complex. One of the premier athletic facilities in Middle Tennessee and far beyond - Ridley Sports Complex is truly a sight to behold. Featuring ten softball fields, ten soccer fields, and two multi-purpose rectangular fields this complex can do a lot - and does!

Betty Lee Park
Named after a prolific and impactful member of the community - a historical marker is located on the site - Betty Lee Park is a welcoming park with a little bit of everything. Featuring a playground, a few picnic tables, and some grassy areas.

Muletown Bark Park
This full-featured dog park has specialized equipment and designated areas for small and large dogs as well as an area for both - come and see what all the barking is about at this wonderful and fully featured dog park!

Old Hickory Park
Positioned on the banks of Allen Branch Creek, located on the northside of Columbia, this greenway is a perfect addition to a quiet neighborhood. Old Hickory Park is a mostly open with a few benches and trees dotting the landscape.
