Taxi Cab & Driver Permit

Anyone operating a Taxicab business in the city limits of Columbia is required to complete these applications:

• $1 sticker for each cab.
• $5 annual fee for taxi cab company and each driver.
• Liability Insurance required for the company and vehicles.
• Drivers must be listed on the Liability Insurance Policy.
• Picture of each applicant must be submitted
• Police department must approve applicant after a background check.
