The Personnel Department provides assistance with employment and recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, City policies and procedures, safety and workers compensation. In addition the Personnel Department administers the City's civil service system, ensures equal employment opportunities for employees and applicants, and trains, develops and manages the City workforce.
